Registration required: Crandall Public Library
Children will learn some cupcake decorating techniques (Calli will lead on this), then use the items provided to decorate theirs with a character for scene from his/her favorite book (or whatever they feel inspired to do!)
For kids entering 4th grade and up.
This program is part of the Color Our World Summer Reading Program for children, teens, and adults.
