Step into a sanctuary of calm and creativity in this uplifting and beginner-friendly workshop designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This is more than just a painting class—it’s a creative wellness experience that begins with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to calm your nervous system and awaken your inner artist.

We’ll explore the roots of mandala art, inspired by ancient traditions and sacred geometry. Mandalas—meaning "circle" in Sanskrit—have been used for centuries as tools for meditation, emotional expression, and spiritual connection. You’ll learn about these timeless symbols and how they can help us center ourselves in the present moment.

Using 8-inch flat canvas panels, mandala dotting tools, and vibrant acrylic paints, you'll be guided to create your own heart-inspired mandala design—an expression of your energy, emotions, and personal intention. No prior painting experience is needed. Each dot, each breath, becomes part of a meditative practice that restores inner balance and creative flow.

This program is part of the Color Our World Summer Reading Program for children, teens, and adults.
