While snowshoeing with a Naturalist through the frozen wetlands at Amy’s Park, we’ll search for animal tracks in the snow and other winter phenomena as you learn about the unique adaptations of Adirondack flora and fauna for winter survival.
- This hike will follow the Yellow Trail for a total of 1.2 miles.
- This trail is rated easy/moderate rated hike and includes a short steep section.
- Due to distance, most suitable for hikers ages 7 and up.
Please come prepared with snowshoes, or let us know in advance if you need to borrow a pair. Prepare for your winter walk with sturdy boots, warm layers, and any snacks or water you may need.
